KIDS NATURAL HAIRSTYLES: Easy Toddler/Little Girls Hair Style:The Beginner Rubber Band Braids Up-Do

Hey mommies and fellow naturals. Today we doing this easy toddler/ little girls natural hairstyle. Thank the heavens above that my computer decided to be on my team today and cooperate well enough for me to be able to bring y'all a tutorial. Really as badly as it needs to be fixed, I'm trying to hold off until Black Friday so I can get an external hard drive because I am so scared that they might do something wrong and I end up losing all that's on my computer(oh it has happened before now). And that's only about 2 weeks from now so that's not bad. But anyhow. I hope you enjoy this hairstyle. I did it on my niece first when she visited us from Vegas this past July. It turned out great so I decided to film a tutorial of it. But just like I thought, the audio is not the greatest this time. But it’s the best that I could do under the circumstances.

Did this style on my 5 year old. it looked beautiful for all of 2 days lol. After that the rubber bands kept popping and she'd come home from school looking crazy. I ended up putting the rubber banded sections into 3 big cornrows, still just as cute. Thanks for the video.

i did this on my daughters hair and she loved it. only difference was i twisted each ponytail before infed it into the otger twist. also, she wanted beads on the end so we added them. super cute and fast style. thanks

I'm not Trynna tell you how to take care of her hair but I use curls edge control on my hair and my babies hair and it holds her edges and at the same time makes them thick not like my baby needed anymore thickness but just a suggestion to try it it's really good smells great and you won't need to use coconut oil with it love her hair and you're a great mother keep it up ♥️💙💜MUCH LOVE?!!!

Thank you for the recommendation and it is always appreciated. My channel was formulated to help other mothers with what little knowledge I have so your comment will possibly also bring enlightenment to someone. But we have tried edge control and it wasn’t the best for us. It just made her hair oily and sticky half the time and it picks up A LOT of lint. I use edge control mainly when she wears her puff but that's about it and I really do not believe I could have stretched this hairstyle as long as I did on edge control alone. It just takes a little bit of sweating for my baby to look like her hair was never done when we use edge control lol. But for someone who wouldn't like to use gel, edge control is another option. I don't see why it wouldn't. It might look better on short hair. I've done my great-nieces hair in a similar way and it looked good. You might have to make the parts smaller though! Hopefully one of these good days I can do my great-nieces hair on camera because her hair is shorter. I prefer to style shorter hair. There's so much you can do with it. Thank you for watching!!!

does the eco styler flake? I was using alot of argan oil eco styler gel and it started to flake really bad by the end of summer. It worked awesome most of the summer. Just curious of others experience with it. It's not supposed to flake. Love the video and the dancing at the end :)

Tatiana C Thank you mama and nope, we don't have a problem with flacking because of the method we use. You have to wet or dampen the hair/brush while applying the gel. I you apply it on dry hair or with a dry brush then yeah after so many uses it flakes. That's why you see me use those styling papers because they also help it not flake. The key to no flake is water I've found with the Eco Styler and as for no flake, that's a lie girl 😴😴😴. Sorry for the late reply i might have missed your comment somehow. Thanks for watching!!!

Lala Sparkle Now she has a lot of hair naturally and I had nothing to do with that. Only God lol. But my part is just to keep it healthy and damage free. I uploaded a video on my wash day routine and it's currently my last upload and I think the way I wash it has a lot to do with her hair being healthy and all the products we use are listed on that video too.
