The daughter of Troconis cries, "I need my mom in my life!"-- after Troconis eliminated Jennifer permanently from the lives of her 5 children. Yes, those 5 bereaved children, left as orphans, need their mom Jennifer in their lives. And Troconis won't even tell them where their mom's body is. Should have been the maximum sentence.

14 1/2 years is a slap on the wrist for what she did. Jennifer doesn’t get to come back to be with her children and she shouldn’t get to be free again and to be with her child. And sorry but it was really selfish for her daughter to stand there in front of Jennifer’s children and ask for mercy because she needs her mother in her life. Didn’t even think about Jennifer’s children needing her. It’s selfish.

Charging & trying someone for murder without a tangible corpse or tangible complete/incomplete skeleton is beyond immoral/unethical. This horrific legal practice must be repealed(no new law taking its place) now!

From a scientific and technological standpoint, it is ethically acceptable to charge an individual with murder even in the absence of a physical body. The availability of substantial evidence allows for the deduction of reasonable inferences from facts, thereby supporting the accusation. As long as a fair jury is impaneled, there is nothing unethical or immoral about empowering the jury to examine the evidence and draw a conclusion.
