People are so ignorant. It was a far less safe place back then because child creepers would lurk in plain sight and everyone would just think “oh what a happy place”. No. This is grooming and it’s gross to even be having half of these conversations with little children. The slot joke? 🤢🤮🤮🤮

@@salyelka8 You never watched the Phil and Holly morning show? It's still going on love, you're just dumb and naive
@kathrynbillinghurst1885 күн бұрын
@@salyelka8 I think it was in a time before we were aware of the ‘creeps’ and before political correctness! Children expressed themselves and were cherished for their wit and maturity…but I don’t think Michael was grooming them, it was enjoyable entertainment for the family, not actually meant to turn on pedos or chomos! These days with more social media and an escalation in child exploitation, it’s definitely frowned upon to encourage kids as it’s now seen and thought of as suss and ‘grooming’! It was a more innocent time in comparison to todays society. IMO…!

My mom told me one time I embarrassed her so much at the grocery store that she hated bringing me to the store. She told me what I did and it's pretty bad lol. So apparently she was in line behind a larger woman, this larger woman decided she didn't wanna be in line and started backing up so I made the noise that large vehicles made when they're backing up. That "beep beep beep" noise then I said "watch out mom, she's a-backin up!"
@MerryLeafField6 ай бұрын
Her size doesn’t matter. Backing up is backing up.
@blakebrenton1206 ай бұрын
@@MerryLeafFieldwell...... I don't think I would of told my mom to "watch out" had it been a small lady. A small lady backing up would cause minimal collateral damage whereas a larger woman has more of a potential to knock over shopping carts and/or people. I think younger me was aware of the potential collateral damage had this woman bumped into us. I'm pretty sure adult me is still aware of this today

I’m so glad for your comment as some modern day people are judging harshly…unfairly! Kids are so funny sometimes when they’re being honest and themselves. It’s a shame the world is so unsafe these days you can’t trust your neighbours anymore, no one cares to care and get to know each other. In the old days everyone knew who was suss and they were just shunned and gossiped about, everyone in town was aware of THAT creep, but these days it’s not like that anymore. Sadly we’re mostly too busy to get to know and hang out with our neighbours and KNOW them. 🫤 This show brings happy memories of our family laughing out loud together!! ✌️😝👍

@jeannelipham25834 ай бұрын
@mariavelasquez There was a U.S. program in the sixties and seventies named "Kids Say the Darndest Things." The host was Art Linkletter. Here is a KZbin channel where you can find some of his programs: "linkletterselfstorag"

America had this show actually. Kids say the darndest things was the name back in late 50s/60s. Then they brought it back many times with various hosts like Bill Cosby and in the lat 90s, and then Tiffany Haddish is the newest host now. Idk if it was canceled yet, but it was definitely airing in 2021.
