My daughter started gymnastics she's so flexible and amazing at it. She is loosing motivation [6 years old] because she is super hard on herself, if she can't do something properly she thinks she is failing..I keep encouraging her and praising her thou she says she will.never be like you Payton. So she should try to do whatever she loves at her full potential, and it's gonna take work. It won't come fast, it takes hard work and dedication but the pay off is worth it. :)
