Jack, Jazzy and Kade Skye are spying on Mom to see what's she's up to (and what surprise she has for them)! She set up a bunch of balloons and it looks like a party, but then the kids discover that she's created a game to see which kid might win their own channel! The Fun Squad is so surprised and excited and they play the balloon pop game to see who wins. Inside the balloons are ways to win or challenges to complete. Who will win? Who will get the surprise balloon? In the end, do the Fun Squad kids all get their own channels?
