It's crazy that it took so long after Scott Pilgrim for Kieran's talent to get as recognized as it finally is now after Succession.

AAAAAAAAND I just misused "verbose." I thought it meant to use fancier, higher-education words, but it just means you used too many words to say what you meant. But at least you now know my intended phrasing. 😅

I've met him, and several other actors. One of the things that I have noticed is that most actors, do not play parts, very far from their personalities. Very few, will surprise you as very different people.
@carteljameson839515 күн бұрын
Acting isn't about affectation. It's about the emotion of the scene an actor is in. Just because he doesn't change many mannerisms in his movies doesn't mean he isn't acting. Daniel Day Lewis isn't a phenomenal actor because he "becomes a different person" or whatever. It's because he understands the emotion of every scene he's in. The affectation or mannerisms don't really matter that much in comparison.

Thats funny. I went to Paris in 1969 and bought a ticket to ride the commuter train. I didnt speak French and didnt really know all the ins and outs. I bought a green ticket which was the "Coach" ticket Not a red ticket which was "First Class" My friends and I got on the train and sat in the red section with our green tickets. Some nice French person pointed out the error and said to forget it. No big deal. The funny thing is the green section was indistinguishable from the red section in accommodations. What your red ticket got you was a status upgrade to sit with every one else who could afford the extra Franc. heh.
