Exactly, whilst I can see why it's funny if you're a filthy rich drunk footballer, and even can see the humour in it now, I imagine the poor taxi driver was absolutely horrified as that's his livelihood and way of feeding his family that's gone missing, and he wouldn't have got insurance if didn't get it back.
