Just the idea that he's happy to change the shape of the team depending on the opposition, or how the game is working out. Not getting stuck in the "what I want to do" mindset. And coming back from 1 down? Not too sure we've seen that very often. KMc's Blue and White army! Seems like we'll keep him for at least two years.

It was a tough game for us. But a great response to going a goal down despite the fact we were shocking for the first 20 minutes and the ref had an absolute stinker of a game. Hopefully, we can push on from this victory. COYB 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
