The amount of times that you threw the game. I mean Dev and Qandres are left alone and Dev isn't screaming about the death when he shows up, followed by happening upon Kier right after a death. Second meeting it's either Kier or Dev and you don't just kill both of them with the two meetings as Boosfer suggested.
