My results were used on their page from my review. Some times brands use stock photos unitl they get pictures from us or other customers with permission to use. I just wore the wig again today. Same curls. I pack it up in plastic bag it came in and just fluff out when ready to wear. This is like my 5th time wearing it. No glue, no blending. I just "swirl" the hair around my hairline like I did in video. No mousse though. Hair is still formed/shaped around my forehead.

I got this unit after watching yours and Sherelle’s reviews on it. Don’t get me wrong the unit in the video is gorgeous but they definitely added at least a bundle to your guys units cause the one I received is THIN 😭 the tracks are extremely visible and I’m so disappointed. I understand you get what you pay for but I just want companies to send the units exactly how we see them reviewed 😢

Mine was not really kinky curly. The texture isn't the same as kinky curly that i know. It's their version. I have spoken on this numerous times but unfortunately instill get the comments about us getting better wigs. A brand will rarely send us bad wigs. They are trying to sell a product BUT y'all should also get the same product i get out the pack. Too many times, my pictures and end reults sell the wig and noone watches the how to portion of how i got the wig to look like thism it sucks because comments like this make me seem like a liar for profit and im tired of explaining myself. Follow the refund or replacement policy. If you have issues, email me (listed in my description) and i can assist. Give the brand a chance to correct the issue. Too many issues with a brand, I wont work with them anymore. Yes this has happened. My first loyalty will always be to yall and your coins.

I ordered this wig from this KZbin channel and did not get the exact wig. It did not have a band and the edges were so loose it looked like I needed glue to secure it and the hair was super thin at the front. I had to turn it into a headband wig. Not sure why they didn't send me the same exact wig in the video.😢

As "this" youtube video. You mean my video. I am a real person so you can talk to me lol. But in all seriousness, you can contact their customer service for replacement or fix when you have issues. Because you descided to alter the wig, now you cant. They have that info on the site. You never have to accept something just because they sent it. A few things, by loose edges, it sounds like you mean the cap size. They are standard, so that just depends on your head size. My head is big, so mine may fit different. Wear a wig grip to help or glue the sides down.

I ordered this wig and was so ooo disappointed in this wig, I don't know what they sent you but the wig I received wasn't anyway closed to what you got, I'm so disappointed in what I got, I'm sitting here shaking my head..... The lace was one little patch of lace right above the forehead, no band in the back nor did it come with the wig, no kinky baby hair, just totally disappointed with this website, first and last time ill be ordering from beauty forever.....$100 plus dollars for some mess......I love you but my sister..... I'm so so disappointed in in Beauty Forever!!!

Dang!! Sorry to hear that. I may be able to assist. Did you get the closure wig? That is one of the options. You have to chose the correct lace option. Also ensure you ordered through my link from beauty forever hair and not a facebook scam site (they are on fb but people steal the posts) I also didnt get kinky baby hair. That wasnt offered for me so unsure why you got that or thought you were getting that.

Hey my sister, I ordered straight from Beauty Forever website, I went on their website for another wig a friend ordered but saw your video of the Kinky Curly Lace Front and fell in love with yours instead of my friends wig…lol, so I ordered the one with you!! I reached out to them and they had me send them my order number, but thanks so much for reaching out….girl can’t nobody afford to waste $ especially when you’re on a fixed income like myself but I will treat myself from time to time on some hair….IJS lol!!!

@@KieRaShon hey sweetie, I just wanted to give you a heads up, I just received a reply from Beauty Forever and they’re trying to say it was the correct wig but everyone I showed the wig to immediately absolutely said it wasn’t the same wig by any means so now I’m returning it and will never order from them again…..the lace on the wig in your video showed lace from ear to ear but on this wig it just showed a small patch of lace right above the forehead and that was all along with none of the same wig features that you showed in the video but as far as you my sister, keep doing what you do but Forever Beauty is a rap for me!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
