As this video started, seeing the face of an "employee", stressed out and unhappy, it tore at my heart. How often we each feel these things and how awful we feel deep inside, commuting late at night, alone on the bus. But to see the same pain mirrored in someone else almost brought me to tears. Then the video took a change, and to see the man so happy, being himself, in such an expressive way... I felt revived again. Lovely.

Well said! Just because people don't understand a certain lifestyle, they automatically deem it "disgusting" and shun anyone associated with it. It's a sad sad world we live in today. Transgenders have way more courage than any of these cowards spewing hate. I'm a straight female, but I don't even have half the confidence of these transgenders, and it is something to admire.
