God tried to snatch me out of that life at a young age I was saved in my teens but I had no guidance. I ended up going to prison at 18 for 5 years Got baptized in prison I was good for a little bit they put me on a new yard and things changed. Pretty much went back to my old habits even though I have my Bible and God was with me. I got out at 23 I wanted change but didn't know how to start going back to that life little by little was selling pounds of medical before it was legal among other things. Got off parole but that time I was already ready to get back into it. I ended up giving my cousin a ride one day he bought off an informant I was the driver we got caught. They let us go that day but told me they could bring the charges back up whenever. I cut everybody off and went into a dark place but I wanted out I started looking for a school to go to. I found one and at that time I started talking to this girl she was giving me scripture I knew it was God calling me. She invited me to church one day and I said yes but the night before I went to a strip club and got in a fight. I didn't show up the next day so she cut me off I must have apologized over a thousand times. When she forgave me she invited me to church again I went that day and I never left God spoke to my heart that day through the pastor. I knew it was God because the things he was saying applied 100% to me. Next thing you know I get a certified letter in the mail from the courts subpoena me back to court. Ended up going back at sentencing this pastor was supposed to show up for me he didn't. Nonetheless God did the judge looked at me and told me he wants to throw out the case he thinks I shouldn't even be charged he thinks my case is wrong. With all the letters people wrote for me all the new changes in my life being newly married to the girl that invited me to church that day he ended up giving me the minimum sentence which was half a year. He told me to do my time and go live my life and that's what I did. I delayed God's time but he still snatch me out of the streets and put me in position to be used in his kingdom. I'm glad God got you out before you had to go to heartache like I did. God is good ain't He? Praise Jesus
