So sad to see the house like this. The owner was a fascinating man - if you know his name there are KZbin videos of him talking about his involvement in Cyprus conflict and dealings with the USSR. I imagine there are some juicy documents in there!

We had the exact same model of cooker back in the 1970's. It really took me back in time when it came to view. Much of the decor and furniture is very much 1960's/70's. Fascinating.

@@LIMITLESSMEDIAUK_ There was a 4 bed house near us in Hampshire back in the 70's that had been empty since before the war. The garden around it was completely overgrown with brambles and it was near impossible to get to it. As kids we called it the haunted house. It would have been a very nice house in its day. No one ever knew the story behind its demise. The roof leaked and the floors upstairs and the ground floor had completely caved into the cellar so it was a death trap. It's long gone now.

we have a place like that near to my summer house in Norway. just abandoned in the middle of a forest on an island, close to the sea. full of food, magazines and stuff from the 60`s. mostly completely untouched
