Ranpo saying “for some reason, I can understand him” is SOOOO canon I love it. Ranpo and Dazai are really far more similar than ppl tend to realise; they both felt alone in the world due to their intelligence and ppl being unable to keep up with them. It’s js that while Ranpo thought of other ppl as monsters, Dazai thought of himself as the monster. But the main difference that made them turn out so differently was that while Ranpo had Fukuzawa to help him, Dazai didn’t. Other than that, they’re painfully similar.

THE LAST PART OF ONE OF MY FAVOURITE GACHA REACTION VIDEO SERIES!!!! UHHH I LOVE IT SO MUCH, out of all the parts of this, this was the one I was anticipating for the most. I love the personality Dazai was given here, it just truly seems like the actual description Oda made when describing Dazai with a slight tint of some childish anger in it. The thing that pained me the hardest were the last words of Akutagawa in this, and just that one Ango angst. The Ango angst one just gets me everytime because I feel bad for him, and I just feel upset everytime betrayal is brought up, fictional situation or not. BUT AKUTAGAWA????
