hi everyone, bass here. just breathe well, let the high notes travel to your head. falsetto is legit yo, but if you really wanna get up there, don't stress your throat but look up and imagine the notes up there in the clouds

Looking up and imagining the notes there is actually really bad advice, you shouldn't try to reach _up_ to the notes as that usually just causes strain, instead you should keep your head straight and imagine the notes in front of you, and your voice landing on those notes. What's important is having good breath support - strong high notes require a lot of stability from the core and good cord closure. So just lean onto that stable breath and feel your head voice go wild! This is coming from a Mezzo-Soprano ✌️

I look really weird doing it, but anyways, I don't use my head and neck, I know full well that it causes strain. My eyes just go all the way up, just as if I were to roll my eyes at someone, but while my eyes are up there, head is still straight while I get that note lol. This song is the song that describes me the most, actually I thought someone had already shared their "experience" but it seems like I'm the only one feeling like this. My parents didn't ever cared about me, I don't think it's intentional but they make me feel so bad. They ruined my childhood and are the cause of all my insecurities, but they don't even notice it. I never had love, I literally spent my childhood on Internet because they didn't even ever tried to spend time with me or my sister, I haven't learned anything from them and I don't even have good memories with them. This situation has leaded me to always act angryily towards them, doing the "child" because I've always wanted their attention and in all this years they haven't noticed this. It felt like it's a girl/boy that's always a high achiever. They'll do anything to get their parents love and approval as the lyrics says "hey hey aren't I a good kid" means it's for the parents, for the parents to look at this kid whose suffering from lack of love and attention, whose also suffering from achieving their standards. And I think the collar symbolises it too. The collar means the expectation of the parents form the kid. To always top form the class and everything. The next part is from the school where the kid is a bit popular because of their title,,, because they're intelligent. Then their classmates started to pay attention to an other student where they're not that smart but an extrovert (maybe the other kid is smart too idk.) The mc hated it. She wants attention, since their parents doesn't give it to them. She's starving for it. She's obsessed with it. She then confess her "love" to a guy/girl behind the gymnasium. It seems like the Mc don't like this guy/girl because of "it seems like a lie? I like you who is filthy" (something something like that you get the idea) because they're starving for love and attention she did that even if she doesn't want to do that she still did. Because of the attention the guy/girl is giving to the MC,, they felt nice,, and everything,, but that attention wasn't enough. They wanted more of it. It's like a drug. Maybe she like copy the other kid who she hated and become more "perfect" to receive that kind of attention,, maybe she go as far as spreading lies,, or saying lies about themselves. Idk. But the MC will go as far as that.. Soon the attention, recognition they wanted was finally enough,,,(or not??) It's a painful way to just get what they wanted but it's keeping them happy. They'll do anything,,, they'll shoulder anything just to get the attention,love,recognition that they're parents didn't give them.

I’ve been listening to this without knowing the lyrics and made up a backstory for my character and the lyrics fit pretty well… Okay so Mc of this backstory was born with black eyes, which were considered a curse. His parents hated him and kept his sister (who was the only one who loved him) Away from him. He had pretty good grades, and wanted to be loved dearly. His classmates would gossip about him, one day he went crazy and murdered his classmates. He was sold to a laboratory, and kept there for 5 or so years, being tested on. When he was approached by a black figure in his mind, that asked “do you want out of here?” He said yes. And the black figure became part of him, his black eyes glowed, talons grew out, etc. he murdered the scientists and got out, then headed to his home. He didn’t have full control over his mind, and was well insane. He murdered his parents, but then when he saw his sister her couldn’t murder her. He fought back against the black figure/his insanity/bloodlust and managed to only halfway injure her. Then he got away, and fell into a alleyway crying. That’s all I’ll share

I came up with a story that goes with this song! Once there was a little girl, about six years old who lacked love from her parents. They always neglected her and found work more important. She tried everything she could to get there attention and love but nothing worked. One day, she was showing her grades and they slapped her out of annoyance and caused her to run into a table bleeding. The little girl, who was crying began to smile. She began to think that there abuse was how they showed love to her. She was convinced that was it because she didn’t want to believe her parents didn’t love her. As she grew older she became obsessed with there “love” and wanted to make them proud and show them how much she loves them. She was the best and smartest in her class and would always bring the other kids down because she thought her parents would be proud of it. One day, she confessed to her parents how much she loved and cared about them and hoped to make them proud. Her parents, punched her extremely hard telling her she was a worthless disappointment. She started to smile. Her parents, shocked began to back away as she followed them, screaming “love me more! Love me more!” While crying. By now, people noticed what was happening and they began to freak out, not knowing what to do. The police noticed and took actions. Her parents were arrested, due to child abuse and the girl chased after them trying to get her parents back since she believed they did nothing wrong. She went to many therapists but none helped her since she was full on convinced her parents abuse was love. About a month later, she ran away from the home she was being forced to stay in and tried to get to her parents in jail to rescue them. The officers had to knock her out because of how hard she tried to get to them. Her parents saw this (since this happened when she almost made it to her parents cell) and they looked at her with guilt, since they knew it was there fault she ended up like this. Ik it’s not perfect but I hope you like it anyways!

I think this is a song about Child abuse. She is saying "Aishite Aishite," and the translation is "Love me, love me" like she is asking for her abusive parents to love her because her parents never stayed calm and nice to her. 0:54 there's supposed to be an iko after kawaii ko Iko means child in Japanese (I think) So when they say kawaii ko iko desho, It means "Am I a cute child?" Rather than kawaii ko desho, Which means "Am I cute?" And the official Kikuo lyrics say "Aren't I a cute child?" So ye,just saying you could've add the iko there. But I must admit,the romaji is very helpful for karaoke etc so thanks
