@@andreatomasi3755 some of the critique regarding bomber damage models is pretty valid, but I hate people who complain about the MK108s being able to shred B17s, according to German testing, 5 30mm hits is a guaranteed kill on a B17

3:07 that map is weird. It's the only map I know of where the bases can be killed by strafing attacks, because all the buildings are individual targets. That's also why you were able to gunship the whole base in the PBY and not use any bombs.

Surprisingly, it is not the only map with this feature. I have never seen that configuration in that map for the bases. But one month ago as I was playing a low tier japanese torpedo bomber I got a map with bases like the one in the video I could destroy the bases by just strafing the pillboxes and AAs without using a single bomb

Funny enough, I’m currently grinding the winter event with the b57b. I just dive on the closest base to the enemy airfield and drop 9x500lb bombs and then charge for a headon. I get a kill more often than not, and I’m back to hanger within like 4 minutes lol
