Omg, I loved this style video spanning over a couple days! On another note, I’ve done a lot of the stuff you were talking about. Between bloating and hormones, I implemented washing all my fruits and veggies, and also the seed cycling. Over probably a 3 month period I noticed a HUGE difference. I still incorporate them as well and am totally going to do the garlic with honey thing you talked about. I’m so with you on not caring if things don’t taste good, if they’re good for me I just choke stuff down and move on 😂 I’ve been following you and Bianca for a while and just love your guys’ channels. I decided to start my own about a month ago, which is very tiny lol, but I figured with how relatable you guys are, I wanted to give it a try and maybe be that for other people/moms too! Anyways, love your channel! 🥰❤️
