Growing up in poverty in his village and dealing with a traumatic childhood due to his father's actions, Kilem had to leave school after class 5 and take on odd jobs to survive.
After meeting his wife and starting a family with two daughters, he started driving an autorickshaw to support his family and fund his daughters' education. In this heartfelt conversation, Kilem shares the hardships and struggles he has faced throughout his life, offering encouragement to today's youth. He emphasizes that despite the lack of employment opportunities, determination and hard work can lead to success, and God will ensure our needs are met. I still remember one day I was getting late for airport, my mom called him to drop me till airport and it was already late ,I was like uncle kilem aji toh moi la flight miss hobo naki but he was like don’t worry you will reach at right time moi Tik time teh ponjai tibo isor Ase toh don’t worry and luckily there was no traffic at that day and at right time I reached the airport and the gate was almost gonna close yet I reached at right time and tbh in my colony there is so many auto drivers but uncle kilem will always drop me to airport whenever I’m in Nagaland, he is always there for me n my family.
