That sucks about your crash/injury. I had a similar injury that happened while I was on my bike but not riding. I stopped on a flat path after doing a long day of trails went to put my foot on the ground turns out I was on the edge of a drop and didn't notice. Fell over and tumbled with my knee smashing into a few trees and tree stumps. Took 6 weeks before I could my bend leg without pain.

Awwww... My trails are still under 17 feet / 5 meters of snow. I've usually ridden moat of my home town trails by the end of March. :( However, the skiing is FANTASTIC
