The good parts about this comic are the artwork, seeing the return of the pre-Flashpoint Chester P. Runk (a foe turned friend of Wally West who married Connie from the Bill Loebs Flash series and have a son who I think is friends with Ace West), Wally telling Jon Kent to breathe and calm down before Jon uses his electric powers to try and save people as much as he can (in which Jon’s electric powers should’ve been used more instead of being wasted since his miniseries ended and that he would tell Wally about his personal problems such as him being stuck in a volcano by Ultraman for seven years after this event), Lex Luthor helping Amanda Waller and Peacemaker with defeating Garro, and Doctor Hate (who might be Phantasm aka Danny Chase) telling Raven what Amanda Waller is about to do to Gar. The bad parts about it are making this event a mixture of Beast World and the Amanda Waller subplot and not providing editors’ note or continuity on when Nightwing was removed from the spores.

I like the comic Anipocalypse where all animals gain a will so they could now talk. Some parts felt preachy about dont eat meat but it was interesting to see a world where animals could talk and think. The first three pages was fun since it was like 10 different locations with animals 1 was just the animals doing there thing than another when they got a will than the animals acting with there wills. The gini pig mother is my favorite reaction lol.

Okie, i just have to ask but, Beast Boy can turn into millions of insects or amoebas, and killing one, even if it's the main one, wouldn't kill him. He feels a lot of "loss" and it can definitely put him outta commission, but it wouldn't kill him. Would figure the logic Waller is using is “big target is the main body, and main bodies famously die when they are killed, so profit.” Except phrased as “well, that’s a risk I’ve been waiting for years to take.” Would guess that his spores are him as much (as much as they can be), and destroying that mass of brain matter might allow him to control ‘himself’ again. Whether that means he acts like the spores ‘die’, pulls a stealth, and reforms himself, or forgot how to and remakes Garro instead, dunno

I love when there are these heroes turning villains, because you don't get a lot of that. You get villain redemption arcs like Clayface, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy to an extent, Songbird/Screaming Mimi, and others, but you don't get the opposite of that where heroes turn into villains. Whenever you do get heroes turning into villains it is either in another universe or timeline like Injustice or Future Imperfect or it just doesn't last and everything just goes back to the status quo and then you will have more heroes than villains, meaning that they will have to make and introduce new villains, now that I am not complaining about, I love new villain characters, but just have some heroes become villain like for real, not for a limited time or noncanon or whatever, actually turn some heroes into villains like Beast Boy, and Beast in Marvel now and things like that to where it builds on that saying, "You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain." That's why I really like this stuff. I hope that they do some dramatic game changing stuff from here, like Garfield Logan, Beast Boy, actually legitimately dies for real, like Deadman, or... if somehow Garfield Logan comes back, like one of the spores grows into another version of Garro or Garfield Logan is able to regenerate and come back and reform himself in a way that he will be physically restored but a lot of his spores and his main body has died so huge chucks of his mind have been destroyed and it has been damaged to the point where his entire mind is just a blank slate, it's been whipped and rearranged and he remembers no one and nothing, not who he is, not his past, not his friends and family, not what things are, nothing, it's like being a baby again at level zero, and they can use that to put a twist on things and make things dramatic and dire like villains like Vandal Savage and/or those really high top villain master minds and organizations take in Beast Boy and raise him and train him to be with them and be loyal to them and it works Garfield learns from them and they basically raise him and he views them as his family and he is completely loyal to them and the villains gain Beast Boy as a member and it bolsters their forces while creating termoil in the heroes because they have just lost a member because although Garfield has a past and all of that he is just not that person anymore, even if he finds out, and he is now in legion with his new team/family with the villains. To where the heroes lose a member and the villains gain a member. I would like some things like that stuff that would change DC forever. That is what I wish would happen. Tell me what you all think.

Your proposed story is not a million miles from what happened with Cyborg and Raven in the '90s. Cyborg was catatonic, turned into a weapon for Russia (albeit briefly), subsumed into an alien technological hive mind, and eventually was the 'villain' threatening Earth in the JLA/Titans event. He was kinda like Garro, except a moon-sized spaceship instead of a country-sized starfish. Meanwhile, Raven was finally in full villain mode and was the Titans' primary antagonist for several years. Both obviously returned to being heroes, and I can't imagine modern comics would have the guts for a long-term switch up like that to be honest. They barely manage to progress stories each issue these days, leaving people waiting months just for something substantial to actually happen! Still, I think that between BB and Raven there is a realistic hope that someone will be teetering on the edge of villainy, at least for a while.

Equally she could shut out her emotions and become cold and detached from the situation. They've been putting a lot of emphasis on how close she and Gar are though, so I can't imagine they wouldn't write her to retaliate against Dr Hate and/or Waller at the very least.

Sorry, I'm starting to think, Doctor Hate is either A) Deathstroke or B) GeoForce (Brion Markov) Think about it: Both have been in superhero community, only to turn into side of evil AGAIN. Deathstroke broke completly during Dark Crisis, becoming solely shackled by Darkness, only to give in and defeated by Nightwing. GeoForce lost Terra, was gone, blamed the Superhero community and played Deathstroke dress-up against Wilson - only to loose against DS, Talia & Damian. Both are alive, were "former superheroes", hate superhero community to the bone. And before you say "b-but how can they use the magic so efficcient?" - Invalid argument. Anyone posessing, whenever artifacts of Order / Chaos - gains suddenly all knowledge to do anything, without knowledge how to cast or use magic. Think of it as easy skip of decades of learning magic, to become the master of magic. Batman wore Nabu's Helmet to defeat King Nezha, without any skills in magic.
