I used to think the first one was my fav and the second one was too slow. But as the years went on and I rewatched them both many times the 2nd became my favourite. The acting is superb, especially when Beatrix sees her daughter for the first time. And the fight between Elle and Beatrix is A++

This one was way better than he first for me. It was more story, character, and dialogue driven than Vol 1. Fact: Samuel L Jackson's character here is the same character he played in Pulp Fiction. Jules walked the Earth and God finally had him where he wanted him to be. Don't think Bill bought Elle's story about the Mamba. Bill's stance on Superman is wrong, too. Clark Kent isn't a critique of the human race. He represents his desire to be a part of it.

Pai-Mei's Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique: 1) the first 3 strikes seal off all 3 major arteries leading to the heart. 2) the 4th strike constricts and tightens up the arteries so that whatever blood was already in the heart ... (that twist she does with her hand is what constricts the arteries) ... can no longer escape. 3) the 5th and final strike is what completely seals the heart. making it a ticking time bomb. sealing only enough blood in the heart that allows for 5 steps before the stress is too much and the heart fails and bursts due to the blood having nowhere to go. *thank you for coming to me Tedtalk lol* i love these movies so much.

Everybodys issues are different but my insane amount of back was helped by.... walking more. Believe it or not resting was making it worse. 10k steps a day minimum keeps my back pain free. Best of luck to you either way. Peace

I do NOT believe that Bill's "father figures" held their "son" in any great region. Pai Mei beat hell out of Bill when he bought "bleep" for martial arts training. He also taught her that 5-point heart technique, which she used to kill Bill. (Did Pai Mei figure on that?) Hattori Hanzo broke a Holy Oath to GOD to make no more swords, knowing she wanted it to kill Bill. (I guess THAT was different!) Esteban Vihaio revealed his whereabouts thereby enabling her to find and kill Bill! ("He's like a son to me! Here he is, go kill him!")
