From reading the comments I feel there's a general consensus that to be a bboy, you gotta have an equal amount of footwork to power ratio. Even though this seems correct, I feel like even if a bboy focuses solely on power moves, if he's on beat, (like kill), Leaves it all on the floor (like kill) and doesn't go straight into power moves, (Like kill) Then he/ she can be a bboy

Under your logic, no powerhead should be called a bboy. Bboying integrates a lot of different styles, and powermoves are just one of them. He's still being original and working hard at his own style, so unless you want to rewrite what bboying consists of, shut up and quit criticizing Kill, he's still a bboy. And the other bboys you mentioned have their good and bad parts, no bboy is perfect. And almost every bboy on this kind of level is a "true bboy"
