If there is one character in kdrama world that lived the worst life while being the sweetest and believable and relatable person it would be cha do hyun. I will never forget this character. He holds a special place in my heart and its why ji sung for me is one of the best kdrama actors ever

This scene was so heart wrenching, ohhh my god. The noble idiocy common to most [ahem, ALL] dramas is sooo less idiotic with Cha Do Hyun. He is so damn hurt and can't NOT feel guilty - of course he would take this course of action. The scene with his mother was so heartbreaking (I felt sick watching), seeing his pain as he revealed such a deep secret, seeing the hurt when his mother dismissed any concern for him, seeing his emptiness when he said he'd rather reveal himself - shatter himself to pieces - just to stop the evil done by everyone else, and then Ri On's cruel reaction and attack on Do Hyun (while kind of understandable, sooo undeserved). Cha Do Hyun is the sweetest, most sincere character I've ever seen and he absolutely deserves the love that he now feels he doesn't deserve. The next episode better be more than happy-times-before-breakup. With 4 episodes left, these bastards deserve some real punishment, starting with ep 16, and not just the end cliffhanger! PLUS, I need me some Nana and Mr. X, AS WELL as more Perry Park and Yo Seob! They are all parts of this broken man - let them be free so that Do Hyun can come to know them - aka himself - just as he's doing with Se Gi. (Yo Na is welcome, too~~) Ji Sung, I don't have words for your acting - it's beyond sincere, powerful, overwhelming, full of true emotion. So real, that we all hurt watching, waiting for more. You make us hurt so bad... it feels damn good.

Very aptly put👍 There's something about this character Dohyuan Cha that makes you wanna cry, cry & cry with him...just some kinda emotions flowing towards him. It could also be bcoz of Ji Sung's most sincerest & admirable acting skills, He acts with his Eyes...really touches one! He also seems like a Genuine person & actor that somehow speaks to the audience on another level👍👌👏

i hate how a lot of people turned against oh ri on, but tbh in this entire drama he was kind of my second favourite character. he went through so much pain himself, he loved ri jin with all his heart, & it was evident all this pain had made his heart crumble into pieces, yet he went on with a smile each time he saw her, never let her know he loved her in a non platonic way, never stood in the way of her loving another man. he only stood up against whatever adversities ri jin might've been facing, because he wanted to keep her safe, but he was never against their love. he accepted do hyun even though he should've been his rival, he accepted him & befriended him, but when problems arised & he saw ri jin might be in danger he asked do hyun to stay away, which is totally understandable & defintely not for a selfish reason - proves how pure his soul is. throughout this drama, if there was any character i felt the most pity for, it was not do hyun or ri jin, because they both found each other, but it was oh ri on. i felt so sorry whenever he spoke about love & other related things with ri jin, because it was evident he loved her a lot, but he never let her see his tears, & grew strong all by himself. oh ri on deserved all the love in the world, & he got all the love in the world, except the love he wanted was totally different from the love he got.

This scene made me cry so much ;____; I just can't get over Jisung's acting in this drama, heart wrenching. Ps : I also think Ri On doesn't deserve any hate, it's a human reaction he had to protect his sister. I actually love his character as he is such a good brother while also having to hide his true feelings which can be very hurtful. Through all that he didn't get jealous and mean, he just acts in the way he thinks is the best for Ri Jin even if it isn't necessarily the right way.
