“Shturman will allways try to hide” i agree with most in this guide. but i guess you just got lucky he never powerdived after rushing you. He does that pretty often if you come to close. He runs up, sprintjumps and lands prowned in front of you while basicly full auto spamming his svds

Remember to use this guide in tandem with plently of offline raids to get better acquainted with shterman's antics. On top of learning bullet drop and travel speed of your preferred rifle before you risk losing it in raid.

Me and my buddy rolled up to find him already dead and looted, but they left the minions and shturman's SVD. got out with an M4, 3 SVD's, and a Zhuk-6a. pretty damn nice.

The first time I ever came across him I was level 9 and all I had on me was a PPSH loaded with shitty ammo. Sprayed him down, looted him, and left the raid. Had no idea he was a special Scav or even what a boss Scav was. I’ve only managed to kill him one more time since, with another 40 hours put into the game.

If I had Shturman in my raid I almost always found him sitting between log piles in big hangar closest to the water. I think he relocated into spots you’ve mentioned when his (or his guards) aggro is triggered, not by default. At least I’ve never seen him in the open until they were already throwing grenades...

I killed Shturman and his guards in my gaming session today. He and his guards were smack dab in the middle of the road near the sawmill area😂 And also, I kid you not, I killed them all with a pistol and no armor. Yeah! I was doing one of jaeger's quests when I ran into them.

I had my first encounter with this guy yesterday, I was playing night raids at like 5 AM with a friend and we got pushed by a guy with a flashlight at logging camp and my buddy went down, his dumbass guard patiently waited for me to waste a propital before killijg me though. I have never been able to kill a scav boss, even in practice mode with my best gear. I tried to kill sanitar on customs and I died to him 7 times in a row, and I couldn’t even kill any of his little buddies.

I went in a raid with nothing but a 12g shotgun for one more scav kill for a quest. Accidentally ran right into him and one shot him. Laid down on his body while nades were going off right next to me and got a Red Rebel right before I died. Lol dumb luck

Almost the exact same thing happened to me. Had a 153, was doing my 12g scav kills on woods and went towards sawmill. Saw Shturman running straight at me so i put 6 shots into him and killed him. Instantly proned on his body, he had a red rebel. That was on the first day of wipe so I was super happy about that. It's funny too because last wipe, I killed Shturman at least 20 times and not one time did I get a red rebel.

2 things, dont do it geared on daytime, youll get killed by a squad of sks or mosins, and NEVER go nighttime with the thermal scope they are about 500k and 1 out of 3 raids you are going to get killed by other guy with a thermal scope that just sits and looks for players not for shturman.
