Dom is just there to make an old insult comic dig for the jugular that ppl cant handle today and its great. The cringe is thick but it just works with the show. The biggest prob is the sound quality.

So you're saying Cosby is really funny, that Amy Schumer is really funny, that Jeff Dunham is really funny, and that Brian Redban is really funny. Making money in comedy does not guarantee that all people think you are funny. I mean Joe himself said that Carlos Mencia is not funny, that despite the fact that Carlos made a shitload of money doing standup. You don't need to white knight for Joe, it's okay if other people don't think he is funny. It's in the eye of the beholder, and last I checked Santino is not the eye of every beholder. Does Joe Rogan stumble across funny every once in a while? Yes, and so do the intellectually disabled. Joe takes himself far too seriously, and cares way too much about the public's/audiences reaction to be funny off the cuff. He is a lot funnier when he writes stuff out, practices it on stage, and tailors it to the audience reaction. Some people like Tim Dillon can be funny on the spot and off the cuff, I consider him to be very funny.
