It’s all for entertainment. But in the case of true legends they make exceptions. Like how Joel and Rick Diaz retain a golden ticket after their “wins”

What joel was doing with the snare was much harder. Mitch was ok but did a beat to a song not a solo. Fluid movements and sound but very basic like a good middleschooler. Joelburg is better but he's in there bc he's funny and fits well not bc of his talent. From somebody who's been a drummer for more than 15 years joelburg won the drumoff. But he still deserved to win just based off his personality vs the other guys. Redman and Tony were just surprised. The best drummer that's ever been on this show was a backup lighting guy that tony brought in

He was always a flake when it came to his day jobs, but when he started getting gigs like the Justin Roiland video game, it seemed he thought he didn't need the show anymore. Then he skipped an episode because he was "sick", but later revealed it was due to "a bad edible". When he started on KT, he claimed he didn't even smoke weed, but by the end he hinted at taking "all the drugs". And it was visible from the change in his onstage demeanor that something was going on.
