Yes, nothing funnier than listening to someone constantly interrupt the flow of a conversation with mediocre jokes like "she saw Redban once and it turned her lesbian." Absolutely hilarious and original. I also loved right when the fascinating yet nervous amateur comedian starts to tell a heartfelt story of insecurities around her partner's family only to be interrupted by 2 straight minutes of a solo rendition of "How Long" which effectively killed the mood and ended the conversation.

I find it wild that Tony always holds William in such high regard. It's almost as if he kidnapped Tony the "top young comedian in the world" one night & locked him in one of those storage units, forcing him to listen to him doing stand up, and Tony was only able to escape by promising he would give William stage time each week with the world listening as well as bringing on guest like Dane Cook to force them to listen to William as well. Honestly this started off as a joke but now I'm almost like 🤔. Lol I mean I never heard Tony say one bad thing about him, ever. He sets it up so any guest would feel beyond uncomfortable to call William out for being trash. It also primes the audience to also fall in love with William thinking he must be funny even though he rarely ever is. I mean dont get me wrong he can get me to chuckle every so often, but I'd take any other regular over William.
