Kill Weeds 6 Feet Tall with a Cheap Herbicide Combination

I mixed Glyphosate, MSM Turf, Dismiss, Atrazine, Imazaquin, Celsius, Sethodydim, Tenacity, Soeedzone, and Triclopyr in a 1 gallon sprayer with some surfactant. Sprayed it on some poison oak, and it worked

I calculated it today. A quarter oz/acre equals 0.16 grams/gallon. I'm a pharmacist, so calculations are my thing. This is of course implying 1 gallon per 1000 square feet.

How many gals total for 1 acre? Do these products have a self life? I'm checking prices . It looks like 2.5 gallons of Change Up is about $200-300. The small bottle of Manor is $18.00. How does this compare to RM43 which is $180 2.5 gals. If this works it would be great for my 1 acre. T4TV.

I don't really understand this. Isn't it much more effective to mow some first and then spray it all? I personally just pull the weeds. It's hard work, but it gives me some good exercise in the summer

@@daisykaren6584 Evidently Metsulfuron can poison the soil if it is overdosed. I think I got some tiny amount of runoff, lost all the flowers on my lemon tree, at least that is all I can put it down to. Powerful stuff!

It looks like your sprayer is putting out a lot of heavy spray compared to a mist from a backpack. Can you speak to a comparison between your sprayer & the homeowner's backpack sprayer & the towable sprayer that spray about the same mist?

Is that stuff safe to inhale? Should you technically wear a mask of some sort? I tend to do all organic weeding, but have some issues with vines and some giant boys like you've got here.... and I just want to kill the dang things

Do not use Metsulfuron on Rye or Turf Type Tall Fescue. It may be used at 0.25 oz per acre on Kentucky Blue Grass or Fine Fescues.

@@lawncarelife I would hate to see someone think they could run that mix on a TTTF or cool season mix lawn. Three Ways and MSM or in my case Speedzone + MSM is how I put down monster weeds. But I am only doing warm season turf.
