Happy 2015 everyone! First of all, I can't believe I finally managed to complete a video. I've had a bad year 2014 for personal reasons so, please bear with me while I slowly find my way back to vidding.
I have to admit that I kind of like how this video turned out because I started it as a personal editing challenge. It's hard to notice but I have not cropped any parts of this video or used effects except gaussian blurr.
About the movie: Kill Your Darlings is such an amazing film with unique cinematographie and camera work that you can just focus on that and it still looks beautiful. The movie has some dark themes (so mind the warnings) but I highly recommend it to anyone. It is based on a real story. (Spoiler Warning)
The movie depicts the early student lifes of the Beat Generation poets Allen Ginsberg (played by Daniel Radcliff) and Lucien Carr (played by Dane DeHaan). Ginsberg was in love with Carr until he murdered his stalker and former lover David Kammerer (Michael C. Hall) which was later deemed an honor killing due to Kammerer's known homosexuality.
