Ive struggled with negative thinking for the first 45 years, ive been changing my thinking the last few years, you have to find positive to focus on. What you listen to, and your associations. Distance yourself from negative people, and find positive people to associate with. The hard part is finding positive people because there are so few, theyre maybe 5% maybe.
