Katie drove to come see us after finding little relief from previous treatments for her wrist pain, ankle pain, and rib pain. Katie fell from an obstacle coarse and hurt her ankle previously. She noticed ever since, there has been a lot of pressure there and she gets a feeling like she needs to pop it. This is a common sign of a joint that has lost it's normal motion. As chiropractors, we address joints that have stopped moving correctly, she that we can help them feel better and restore proper motion. Katie also previously stress fractured and sprained three of her ribs. She had her spine addressed before, but never had the entire rib cage addressed. Ribs can misalign in four places and it is really important that we address the entire rib cage with any rib injury, if we want it to heal correctly.
