Is Seller or company have right to sent defective piece on sale at online shopping? Customer can't check defect at online shopping like offline.

Otherwise customer can use defective product in emergency till replacement product not delivered and it is treated as penalty on seller for sending defective product that becomes hobby of every online shopping platform. Now offline seller r also selling defective product on the name of sale.
