Killer Indexer

Standard sudoku rules apply.
Digits in cages cannot repeat and sum to the total given in the upper-left corner.
Same Difference: Adjacent digits in a cage have the same difference (which may be different for different cages).
Coordinate Cages: Read from some end cell through the corner cell, XYZ in a cage indicates Row X Column Y is Z. Different cages cannot reference the same cell. e.g. a cage with [135] could refer to r1c3=5 or r5c3=1.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
