Hello, what is the maximum effective range of this crossbow and how accurate is it? Which website sells this? Thanks

Killer Instinct crossbows.com is the website. In my opinion it has the capability and accuracy to effectively and ethically harvest a deer at 80 yards. However it is capable of accurately shooting 100 yards,I personally wouldn’t recommend that distance to remain ethical for the animal. Just my opinion

Built in rangefinder awesome. But you have to put predetermined yardages into the system for that scope, right? You can’t range your target and have a dot move up or down to the exact yardage as what the Burris Oracle X does.

I just uploaded a new video explaining the sighting in process. However to answer your you are correct you have to sight in each dot to a determined range it doesn’t do it for you on its own.

So if you have it on a deer it will give you the dot and you just pull the trigger on the Burris

@@cameronfloyd7145 yep. with the Burris all you do is aim with the scope, range with it, it’ll put the dot at that exact distance and then hold dead on and shoot.

The dots on the Omega 3 are adjustable to any yardage

Are you shooting the factory killer instinct arrows? I highly suggest some custom arrows from AJ’s Custom Arrows. It makes it even more accurate which is crazy! Also some custom strings from perry valley strings. I have the swat xp. Those two small upgrades make it unbelievable.

Shot over 100 shots with no issues. However I did have to change the batteries in the omega scope. Hope this helps and I will post another video on tips for sighting it in.

Absolutely it will. I would suggest to use heavier grain bolt and broad head though. Hogs have thick front shoulder. You will lose a little speed by going with a heavy grain; however, you will increase knock down kinetic energy. Hope this helps
