I'm very certain that all of these magicians have the skills to perform mind-blowing tricks and do so in person, but the edit-heavy format of this show just takes away any amazement. Every "how did they do /that/?" stops dead in its track when another edit or reframing comes along. This isn't the first show to go this way and won't be the last, so there seems to be viewers' demand, but I really long for something (apart from Fool Us) that adequately demonstrates the abilities formed by endless hours of training.
