You can't get much better than Billy and Danny doing the commentary on a game of 1pocket... reminds me of the old days of one pocket and all those years of knowledge.

They bicker like an old married couple. Muted and enjoyed the match.

@@mattblankenship7660 ...Argumentative, even when there is no argument. And Billy is wrong predicting shots more often than not. I've met the guy, he's a great guy and a fine champion. But if this the best 'match analyst' that pool has then the sport needs new blood in the Common 'Tater booth. They should try to get someone with actual training as a professional sports announcer and game analyst, not just guys who knew all the old road stories and got into the AccuStats booth due to those stories plus friendship with Pat Fleming, and by their winning pool experience long ago. Do fans really want someone to predict every shot, every roll of the ball? I think not. I think real fans know the game and like to turn off the noise and make their own predictions about who is going to shoot which ball, and the likely outcome. The mute button is the best thing pool videos can have, along with a slo-mo feature and back buttons, so you can carefully review shots.

Someone tell us how long they've been playing by this "make a ball on the break it's a re-rack" rule in these big 1p tournaments. Thanks.

I suggest the commentators try to limit their use of the phrase "Sold Out" or "Sell Out". There are many shots played where the shooter does not get as safe as he had hoped, because they don't get the cue ball (or an object Ball) exactly where they wanted it. Everyone misses or accidentally leaves a shot available now and then. A true "sell Out" is when you choose to play a risky shot knowing that you will leave your opponent a shot if you miss. Hearing "He Sold Out the 3" from the commentator starts to sound terribly judgmental when we hear it over and over. It's OK to just say "He left a shot..."

Lol, wait until you pay $500 at the end of the game.. Selling out is selling out.. The risk of what happens if I don’t execute perfectly is part of the equation..

Jones looks like a caveman. I played him right after he won the us open gave him the 8 ball and broke out even. Didn’t know who he was. Had him 2 sets down I was on the hill of the third set 8 to 3 . The miz walked in. Had jones hooked he jumped the ball and ran 5 racks . I was lucky to escape the trap! Jones lost money getting the 8 at Grover’s! From side bets! Heheheheheh😅
