I have the 300 LX turbo charger waverunner and i am on the Illinois river. I will always go along side Fountains and Power Quest's and race them! The only boat that has ever kept up with me was a Whipple Charged 37' Special Edition Power Quest. The only boat ever to beat was was the DNR when they stopped me for endangerment to other boats.. Aka Jumping wake

I watched 1 Miami-Bimini with sea doos as of yet. I've ridden both waverunners and sea doos and the later are much more seaworthy. In terms of reliability I had problems with both so I don't think there's a big difference. The only advantage I can give to a yamaha is that it has better fuel economy.

i just purchased a yamaha fx sho. its black with green trim. awesome machine. i live in canada along the beautiful saint john river system. google it. it is an awesome place to jetski. especially above fredericton where the river is like glass. and you can bass fish from your pwc. think about it i have all the toyz harley,atv, snowmobile etc. buts its waverunning that enables you to have fun without helmuts,without trees and potholes in your way and for the most part......no fuckin cops.
