That friggin plate! I like to put my meatloaf on my mashed potatoes and just smother it in gravy. Poke holes in your potatoes then they can vent out. Like little craters all over. Then the heat has less resistance in the center. Plus you get a bunch of gravy bowls to dip your potatoes in. Making your gravy last longer. Just food for thought. And the best part is if you need a bigger puddle of gravy, you just eat some potatoes in between 2 gravy pits and you have a pond. You can call it the dan dam. You killered it. I was full after the first 2 pieces of meatloaf and I was only watching
