As much as I would love at least a reduction in the cost of the weapons, I just dont see it happening :( also the update it self is still in beta so at least some of the content is subject to change. Idk, the Rhinos are pretty underwhelming. Frag rounds seem out of place for the gunslinger, not to mention those sights, which look ugly and are completely useless since you'll be always using them in pairs. The parry mechanic of the Ion Thruster looks interesting, but the model itself is pretty ugly imo. If I ever buy these, it will be only to support Tripwire because I respect the fact that they delivered free content for all these years, but they both seem heavily overpriced

For 10$ They should come with skins and precious models. Also, reusing the 500. Mag animations on the chiappa is just lazy for paid content. They should have added a single action revolver so you can feel like a real gunslinger instead of a cavalry soldier with the 1858's. Or a high tier weapon like the 50 BMG Triple action thunder pistol it's not very well known, but it's one of the strongest wrist wreckers of all time.. Which could be for the gunslinger and sharpshooter.

14:05 Evis better than nailgun in terms of range? Nailgun does ballistic_shotgun damage while evis is slashing. Against a fleshpound, you do 610 dps with vlad, and 157 dps with evis. Against a scrake: 733 dps with vlad, and 315 dps with evis. In terms of raw damage: Vlad does 245 damage, 294 if you upgrade it once. To put this into perspective, hunting shotty does 250 on primary fire, 262 upgraded once. Evis does 300 damage. One upgrade to the vlad, and it is still cheaper than evis. While it's true evis will do more damage per hit than vlad (at least against scrakes), the damage is still so similar that you cannot really make a strong case for evis being the better ranged weapon. If you are getting eviscerator, it is because you want the chainsaw. There really isn't any other reason. Back before the vlad buff, if you had one upgrade, butcher, and parry active, you can drop a 6p HoE fp with it; however, there was very little room for error. Now there is a lot more room for error. 1050/mag -> 1470/mag is a pretty big deal. Edit: no draw attack on Ion Thruster? Is TWI trying to make weapons that I don't want? Damn...

Hey Pathfinder, did you got the blind spot glitch on the balcony over your head at 2:38. When you spot there just the zeds which can atack from far (Siren, EDARS, Husk, Patriarch and Hans) can reach you from below. All other zeds and bosses just turn away when get close there.

$20 dollars for two weapons that are just reskins with a small gimmick added, that aren't even real life weapons? Nope. A better business strategy would be to make these weapons available for current owners of KF2. And if you buy the game after the weapons are released, you have to buy them separately for $5 each max, with an option for a pack with all of the currently available weapons with money off. This would make more players happy and would actually make more money by selling more copies of the game, rather than the weapons themselves.

Pathfinder to me Both seem cool and worth 10€ The Rhino looks sick and the bullets are unique. And the Ion Thruster (Sith Light Saber) is sure fun. But do they share whit perks and whit what ones? To me both are worth,Beside Tripwire has done some effort whit Free updates. I think they deserved a little more money. Beside those aren't pay to win weapons that could unbalance the game. As a Scrake and FP are still deadly.

Here's weapons people would actually buy for $10 (still pushing it 2-3 at the most, cmon now) either for one or a pack for some of the weapons listed below -M1 Garand (PING!) -Any generic bolt action sniper rifle (maybe bayonet) for sharpie -M2 Browning -M18 Claymore (sharpshooter, Commando) -MG42 -Zweihander (historically accurate, meaning fast, agile and heavy damage, two handed swords are a lot more nimble/manoeuvrable than people think) -Cutlass (Off-zerker hand can use a knife/sword or a pistol/sub machine gun) -Ninja stars/throwing knives (alternate grenade for zerk, about 10 or 20 max capacity depending on damage and balancing) -Trenchgun (no not the crappy weak milktoast gun that shoots "fire") The trenchgun was feared and rightly so, the Germans argued it's use in war since it was THAT effective at CQC. -Minigun maybe a bit OP (duh) but just make it a separate from all classes so that everyone can turn crowds into a red mist (zed time would be beautiful with this gun if done right). -ANY assault rifle with a shotgun attachment on the bottom, or being able to switch out the m16's grenade launcher for tight maps. -Uzi (nuff' said) -THE REAL AK -Akimbo striker shotguns (fuuuuck yeah) -GLOCK for gunslinger and a full auto version for sharpie (no speed for trash so they need a good on-perk trash killer) -PPSH-41 (WE WILL BURY THEM!) -A F000000KING BADASS PLASMA RIFLE CMON ALREADY! HRG Nail Gun has a higher DPS, damage per mag, and total bullet damage carried than the UMP at the same weight. The Nail Gun has bad iron sights, spread, but a higher fire rate. The shotgun spread fire mode sucks IMO. If you can compensate its weaknesses it's a better gun than the P90 or the UMP. With all 3 of these SMGs weighing just 5 points, if you're willing to give up the Kriss you can hold all 3 of them. If you like the cost-benefit of the Mkb.42(H) vs the AK-12, then you might prefer the HRG Nailgun. It feels wild and harder to aim with, but other stats make it worth adapting too.

Out of all the weapons in this update, zerk's nailgun is the real winner. That thing is godlike now, especially with the lvl 25 Spartan skill during zed time.

I personally like the Rhinos yes other weapons do the job better but they killed the Fleshpounds several times quicker then the ion thruster did, and yes I know you have to take the skills into account but the damage is there and they have a cool quirk to them which I think Pathfinder showed off very well. I can see they have potential and Tripwire did exactly what they said they would and not make it pay to win, is it woth $10? No of course it's not but neither is the ion thruster or any weapon for that matter. I hope somehow some way Pathfinder could do a video of the fully upgraded Rhinos. Also yeah the design of the gun isn't great but that doesn't matter.

Not impressed with the model. I love the chihapa rhino but they look weird here. Also what's the point of the RDS if they shoot frag rounds? Ion thruster is disappointing because it isn't gonna slash things like a lightsaber. Obviously for balance reasons they can't make it behave like a lightsaber slicing clean through everything but it isn't gonna feel cool unless it straight up dices things like the katana in metal gear rising.

Not sure why you would call the Rhinos underwhelming. They look highly effective at killing trash. It's like a nailgun mixed with a pistol. High precision that can kill 1 forward tanky zed to then damage things behind it.

Nor would you pick the Caulk and Burn for killing a Fleshpound. The best trash killing pistol for the gunslinger is an upgrade medic pistol, but even that requires good aim to make good use of it.

The DLC is mainly if you want to support tripwire. If u want them to keep updating, keep buying the DLC.

Rhinos would be cool as a rifle for sharpshooter instead, give him some easy trash clearing on pub servers at least. Or maybe be able to carry one with the AMR. GS can just do it all so well I don't see a point for them on him.

I mean, even with some not so great weapons the gunslinger is still pretty nasty. Can’t say I’ll be picking up the rhinos or the lightsaber (don’t really like playing berserker)

The gunslinger has all viable weapons as long as you do headshots constantly.
