You forgot to mention: Firebug gets bonus starting ammo. The Helios rifle is highly ineffective against the smaller zeds, who are resistant. It works well on husk, siren, bloat head, scrake, fleshpound, quarters and edars. Everything else is resistant. Ground fire deals with the rest.

Dragonsbreath is soooo good for holding out hallways, anything below minibosses will just die thanks to the blue flames + shotgun flare impact. it's such an underrated weapon. Also pretty sure the Helios rifle has punchthrough which makes it great for enemies that like to congaline behind a scrake or an FP.

When using the Cauk N Burn or Flamethrower, is it more ammo efficient to tap fire the trigger over holding it down? I personally don't like to use the Helios Rifle or Microwave Gun on small Zeds as you will run out of ammo fast. Is the Dragonsbreath considered a wide spread or tight spread shotgun when used on a Firebug? How close should you be to Zeds when firing it?

For the flamethrowers I would say try both ways out I don't notice a lot of difference between the two. For the Dragon's Breath on Firebug it has wide spread but that is good for firebug with the ground fire. You can use it at any distance against small zeds and the use it at close range against large zeds.

For boss wave I like to go napalm/barbecue with Helios and something like the scorcher (main fire, since you don't have ground fire to buff the alt)

helios rifle doesn't feel that strong against fleshpounds and scraigs + it barely has any ammo. a few dragonsbreath headshots usually deal with them faster. i usually run un-upgraded flamethrower and max upgraded dragonsbreath. the flamethrower is exclusively to spread groundfire through the entire room (that deals with all small enemies). dragonsbreath deals with strong enemies and reinforces ground fire.
