Killing Floor 2 | The PvP Boss Experience | Vs Survival is Underrated

The kf2 vs survival game mode can be real fun at times only if it had enough servers & players & with tripwire making some balances and fixes it would be gold. But at current state some aspects of this mode really breaks the game for majority of players.

Fun fact: the Survivalist perk has a hidden stat: -3% brain cells per level. You can clearly see its effects in this video.

“I think the thing which really makes things unbalanced in the mode isn’t the abilities, it’s the fact that there’s a player behind them. When you think about it, the real patriarch isn’t that much different in terms of his move set. The big difference is, not only is the 0layer able to pick and choose the best moves for the situation, but they do something the Patriarch almost never does - take advantage of the situation. They charge right at the players when they’re scattered, shoots rockets when they’re clumped up, and use cover when heavily outnumbered. And of course, you can’t exactly nerf the players themselves, making a competent patriarch a nightmare to play against.

Actually it's better like this because if you think on it- defensive medic and zerk with shield is way more broken, zerk with parry and bone shield including infinite heals from field medic is really really broken

Oh calm down mate. If this was vs with the A.I., it would be just like this. Only you're a human infected/mutation vs six players players, so yeah it's going to be even more difficult. But did they have a DEMO? Most players lack defence. It's their fault for being wiped out.

This mode can be fun. If you're playing as the mutants that is. Is highly unbalanced, unfortunately. Has a lot of potential, though.

Not to be salty or anything but mutants? Im used to them being mistakingly called zombies. There called zeds due to shawn of the dead and how the bri’ish prenounce there z’s so yeh ok now i sound salty ima stop

The reason that nobody wants to play on this mode because only patriach is the only playable boss no other bosses like matriach, king fp, abomination and hans can be playable as well

Its litteraly the most fun and the most unbalanced game mode a full squad of newbies gets wiped out by the patriarch a single berserker can take on the patriarch with the -80% dmg reduction mace & shield parry

bone crusher "only" got 70% resist, and zerk resistances were also nerfed. So you probably will manage to kill zerk if you manage to off rest of his team first (so they can't heal)

Decent strat but doesn't work on a boss that knows what they're doing. As the boss you can cheese the minigun and use it through walls to avoid getting pummeled

To who the boss or the players?😂 it’s unfair to the boss mainly because of the perks you get from each time you lvl up a class by 5 and those perks are OP those players were just ass

The boss fight is the only fun part of VS when you're playing as a Zed because it's the only part that allows and requires any strategy at all. Before that, playing Zeds is just button-mashing (at least against a human team with half a brain)
