If you like the first game more it’s definitely a nostalgia thing😂but I agree it was good for its time. When you look at other 2009 games you don’t see this level of detail, killing floor is one of the best series for demon shooters. Even better then doom in my opinion

I think the only weak point in KF weapons are the reload sounds, both the firing sounds and animations are fantastic but the reload sounds I think could be more beefy, kinda like an action movie to add more to it. Not saying the sounds are bad or anything like that, just felt a little weaker, or should I say, some of them sound weaker.

This is what KF2 was sorely missing honestly, while its not a bad game in the slightest, the guns just felt so weightless and not nearly as satisfying, they felt like laser guns. Though we've only seen a singular gun from a KF3 teaser, it already showed a level of satisfying akin to these guns and I am very ready to see what else 3 has to offer.

I don't think I can emphasize how much punchy and satisfying it is to mag dump those dual Berettas. It has to be one one the best and meaty implementations of Beretta 92s in gaming other than ofc Max Payne

Even killing floors 2 reloads aren't anywhere near as satisfying as the ogs, yeah kf2 has more complex animations but most just look outright goofy and like you have parkensons disease

Used to play a modded server, 15player limit, each player increased max zed count by 50%, and increased available zeds spawned at a time. I remember kiting some 300ish zeds around a huge custom map with 14 dead players watching me silo the 12 fleashpounds, 37 scrakes, 60ish husks, 60ish sirens, a horde of other shit with only a medic assault rifle, love reloading that thing around perfectly timed corners. Good for head shots, bad at sc/fp dps, had to combo poison dart, healing nade cloud, burst leg shot to slow down and it took ages, but i won. My back hurt heaps back then.
