Lord almigthy, I am guilty of too much self-absorption and repent. In agreement with this message and 1 corinthians 10:24, proverbs 11:25, psalm 129:36 I loose all that is too much selfishness in my life and the lives of my enemies upon no return in my life, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah.

the mirrors are there so we can make sure we are doing the exercise correctly. Form is important _ doing exercise incorrectly can lead to injuries. Just saying
