Take it as a life lesson. When they say things like that, they are living in the moment. It's not real. Know that and next time you will let it roll off your shoulders. Don't call them out on it or let it make you upset or angry. Just calmly know that it's bullshit and move forward.

This song gives me chills like no other...I lost two battle buddies who I was very close with. Both died in my arms... I mean that's what I signed up for was to save the lives of my fellow SM but who knew I would see more death here on the home front than being deployed. The one that still haunts me and probably forever will is the second guy I lost to suicide. He slit his wrists and walked all the way to the front of our barracks. No one noticed the blood and just ignored him. I had just gotten home I was getting ready to pick up the crew and take everyone out for drinks because we were celebrating my promotion. He was supposed to be there too. I noticed him sitting in the snow and I noticed the blood I called out to him and he looked up to me tears in his eyes and said "I am sorry I wasn't strong enough for you doc" I run over to him as he collapsed tears running from my face screaming for help and someone to call 911 I ripped his jacket off ripped my shirt to tie tourniquets on his arms and the administer CPR. He died in my arms, I couldn't save him and I blamed myself for so long for not being there for him. That was the second time I was to late to a suicide. The first one I was brand new to the army and didn't have the knowledge I did the second time around, so I believe that's why it was harder the second time around. The point in that long rant is because when I hear this song I think back to that day. I remember every detail... I did everything right next to showing up a minute to late. For some reason though I wont ever stop listening to this song no matter how many times it brings that memory back.

Seek me, call me Carilah aku, telepon aku I’ll be waiting aku akan menunggu Seek me, call me Carilah aku, telepon aku I’ll be waiting aku akan menunggu This distance, this dissolution Jarak ini, pembubaran ini I cling to memories while falling Aku berpegangan pada kenangan saat jatuh Sleep brings release, and the hope of a new day Tidur membawa pelepasan, dan harapan akan hari baru Waking the misery of being without you Bangunlah kesengsaraan tanpa dirimu Surrender, I give in Menyerah, aku menyerah Another moment is another eternity Saat lain adalah keabadian yang lain (Seek me) For comfort, (Call me) For solace (Carilah aku) Demi kenyamanan, (panggil aku) untuk hiburan (I’ll be waiting here) For the end of my broken heart (Saya akan menunggu di sini) Untuk akhir dari patah hati saya (Seek me) Completion, (Call me) I’ll be waiting (Carilah aku) Penyelesaian, (Panggil aku) Aku akan menunggu (I’ll be waiting here) For the end of my broken heart (Saya akan menunggu di sini) Untuk akhir dari patah hati saya You know me, you know me all too well Anda tahu saya, Anda mengenal saya dengan baik My only desire - to bridge our division Satu-satunya keinginan saya - untuk menjembatani divisi kami In sorrow I speak your name Dalam kesedihan aku mengucapkan namamu And my voice mirrors, mirrors my torment Dan suaraku cermin, cermin siksaan saya (Seek me) For comfort, (Call me) For solace (Carilah aku) Demi kenyamanan, (panggil aku) untuk hiburan (I’ll be waiting here) For the end of my broken heart (Saya akan menunggu di sini) Untuk akhir dari patah hati saya (Seek me) Completion, (Call me) I’ll be waiting (Carilah aku) Penyelesaian, (Panggil aku) Aku akan menunggu (I’ll be waiting here) For the end of my broken heart (Saya akan menunggu di sini) Untuk akhir dari patah hati saya Am I breathing? Apakah saya bernafas? My strength fails me Kekuatan saya mengecewakan saya Your picture, a bitter memory Fotomu, kenangan pahit For comfort, for solace Untuk kenyamanan, untuk hiburan (Seek me) For comfort, (Call me) For solace (Carilah aku) Demi kenyamanan, (panggil aku) untuk hiburan (I’ll be waiting) For the end of my broken heart (Saya akan menunggu) Untuk akhir dari patah hati saya

When I was in my teens, when this song came out , I was convinced that this song was about losing a loved one ya know death, heartbreak etc. 14 years later i am convinced this song is about GOD and the heartbreak of the separation while living in the flesh. Funny how the meaning of things change over time it's like nothing is ever totally true because everything is in constant transition.

I heard this song from my friend's mic while he had Pandora in the background. We were in the Crota's End strike as we listened to this and as soon as I heard the second chorus, I asked him what the title of the song was.
