It's more of a British Columbia thing. The province alone decided to control drivers insurance. I pay $120 each month, more than I was already paying in Ontario, with hardly any coverage. And because it's a total monopoly, there are no better rates. They also control drivers licensing and young drivers education. If I was there, I would have booed as well. This is what happens when your government is run by people who bike to work. Dont ever socialize your drivers insurance. If your state ever does that, consider moving.

idk I was a virgin until 23 and it I guess I was just a loner and didn't really care enough to go out there and try, I also never had friends who would push me to try. I'm sure it's something similar with this guy, and it's actually so common and increasing because of this social media/video games/porn trap that people get stuck in.
