@@cgaminganims7046 lightnovel, not manga, manga of index is behind the anime (currently in the arc where they go to England) and the manga of railgun currently hasn't shown anything like this, and is currently showing past events so we may not see anything like this for a while in the lightnovel almost all level 5s get solar system level feats or above, although as far as i am aware she can NOT make an iron sand clone look as realistic as that one

Misaka can make clone with iron sand, the heart that killua took was made of iron sand, which latched onto him and harden so that he can't move.

I've watched both series and forgot Misaka was built different. The only thing I remembered was she could fire objects like a railgun, stick to walls, and use the sand stuff. I wonder if her teleporter "friend" will get an episode against someone else that uses portals or something. Nothing like teleporting a pane of glass directly into someones body.

One thing I will say, to the both of you, is that the "Toaru" franchise, as it's known by it's fans in shorthand, includes three separate anime and numerous manga/light novels that the anime don't cover. It's like the MCU of anime, where all these stories intersect with each other in ways that aren't necessarily immediately obvious, or don't entirely mesh with how the animes (A Certain Magical Index, A Certain Scientific Railgun, and A Certain Scientific Accelerator) show it. Some of the greatest fun of the franchise is making these connections between stories. For example, "Oh, in this one scene in this one series we see an explosion happen in the background, and now in this other series we're getting to see what made that explosion!" or "Oh, hey we saw the events of this festival from one perspective in these episodes of one series, now in this other series we get to find out about a whole crisis that was happening during this same festival that the first series didn't even mention!" Of course, in a franchise with this sprawling a story, there are a lot of amazing moments, but there's also a fairly significant amount of mediocre nonsense you have to wade through to get to the amazing stuff. On top of that, there have been criticisms made about how the light novels/manga have been converted into anime at times, and the general consensus is that the light novels and manga are better than the anime on average, though certainly there are plenty of moments from the anime that are fantastic too. And yeah, the Iron sand clone caught me off guard too, but they did mention both iron sand clones and light manipulation earlier in the death battle, light manipulation, due to light simply being an electromagnetic wave. Which is also how she uses her electromagnetic radar, and was able to continue to see while temporarily blinded with a flash-bang in one fight, if I remember correctly. They don't directly explain it, but combine the iron sand clones mentioned with light manipulation could make a convincing clone that would look like her, color simply being filtered light, after all.

If you wanna watch Railgun I kuat warn you that S1 is fanservice heavy in some episode but it's an okay series but S2(first arc) is god tier and S3 is overall 9/10 Also I love how unique her electromagnetism manipulation is and love her application of her power throughout the manga series and A Certain Magical Index LNs

She made an iron sand body double, which they state she can do. However it's never really stated out detailed she can make them, so I it was just DB taking some animated liberties with it. She can and has encased people in iron sand to restrain them. So setting a trap like that isn't out of the question with her given how crafty she has been in her fights.

From the beginning Killua didn't stand a chance. Although that shadow clone esk thing was bull. Regardless, Toaru characters in general scale higher than whatever HXH can dish out. Also good on DB for using base Misaka, because level 5.3 Misaka or Misaka with the AAA armor would have been a one-sided slaughter.

Btw the protagonist of that series named kamijou touma. His power was from his right hand called imagine breaker. He can cancel anything magic or esper ability by touching it by his right hand. If someone cuts his right hand the invisible thing will come out (it's a hand but invisible) if not the dragons will came out then it will restore his right hand like nothing happened. However his imagine breaker was only a seal to his real power, he's basically immortal. Kamijou basically means Above God. Since toaru franchise based on myths and religion All of myth gods exist there thor, odin (odin is a girl in this franchise named othinus) etc. Kamijou always get into trouble especially with Christianity. So basically even jesus exist.

If you do wanna watch it, there’s technically two animes in the same world. The level zero dude is the main character of “a certain magical Index”, while Mikasa is the main character of “a certain scientific railgun”. Both animes are great in my opinion, though I do prefer railgun.

Later on in the novels she can use law manipulation. They used pretty much just base misaka powers . Shes not the strongest in her verse as well shes not even top 30. She made a iron sand clone and when he touched it it consumed him . Rememebr he said aim diffusion fields. Espers uses it to manipulate certain things around them .

Technically they are both the main cannon, it's just prospectives from different characters. Spin-off implies a separate cannon or storyline with the same characters.

A note before I say anything: The esper system is slightly more... science-y than pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, and such. We have carbon compression, tiny hydrogen bombs (that are created from a child's back in seconds, for some reason), and... well... Accelerator. Just wanna say that the whole Level 6 Shift project for Accelerator was a lie. It was only carried out to draw something out of that Touma kid they mentioned. They knew that he would come and help out. Not even Accelerator knew what the real reason was. They lied to him about it, too. One other note: Misaka herself is a more apt comparison for Magneto than Accelerator because Accelerator can do... anything, pretty much. He doesn't do fancy electromagnetism things. He reflected Misaka's railgun... with the power of math. His esper ability is just... physics equations. Anything he touches, he can redirect or change the magnitude of the vector components. He's busted as shit.

I will add kill being trained as an assassin, do you really think he wouldn't have been able to tellnthat wasn't a real heart. In less she can clone a heart to it core meaning making operate like a heart when it pumps blood. I just don't think her sand would get him in that way. Not saying kill wins but just the way certain things would play out.
