This is Basically a Remaster running at native 4K - 13900k / RTX 4090

Of all the videos I've seen on getting this to run 60fps, all of them have the same setup...13900k and 4090....like fuck....we shouldn't need such high specs to run a 15 year old game now...even if it is just emulating it. My 10850k and 3080 struggle to barely maintain 30fps in intense fights...and I JUST upgrades from an 8700k.

I only played the first on ps2 and played the living piss out of it. Favorite shooter along with ghost recon future soldier. Enjoyed cod mm and blackops. Can't stand much of the newer stuff

killzone has a very narrow FOV that lends to the weighty feel of it. Honestly, it didn't bother me on a 4:3 TV, but it's odd to look at nowadays on a 16:9.

This isn't KZ2: the AA doesn't look like the og (Quincunx looked smoother), it's missing: 1) motion blur 2) lens flare 3) DoF on the gun and 4) muzzle flash created dynamic shadows.

@@djayjp emulation of console games can mess up with post processing effects, and with some emulators you can manually turn them off. Many people, expecially PC players, don't like motion blur, maybe the video creator is one of them. And don't autolike your comments, it's cringe

Is the lack of motion blur an option or a renderer issue. I know some people hate any kind of blur, but the game looks a lot less cohesive without it. And KZ2 had per-object mblur, so like characters an object would blur when moving fast across the screen.

i think it gets stuck every once in a while and there is graphical things like the helghast eyes being seen through walls. I beat the whole game through rcps3 with little issues so it's definitely playable!
