Hi! We were in Scotland late 1980s. We went to Edinburgh, Oban and Lochee Dundee where he grew up. I still have a Celtic FC.banner and neck scarf. We use to go to all the Scottish festivals in New Jersey every summer.

Just, WOW! I had just recently decided to get into exercise to shed 20lbs and as luck would have it one of your videos popped up as a suggested view when I logged into youtube (I hadn't known of you before). I'd already considered crossfit since it's so popular and something I can do initially on my own (I'm too self-conscious to go to the gym and flaunt my flab). Having your training routines so readily available to do in my own home is a great incentive. Even better is the entertainment value of the videos. Even better than that is watching two hunky guys making it fun. Thank you for doing what you do and the positive message you deliver. Yes, even with the drool factor I managed to get what you guys are all about and it's appreciated. As many have said you guys are truly adorable as a team and I look forward to viewing all of your videos. You guys totally ROCK! Thank you.

I've worked with two trainers over 7 years. Unfortunately they were so good that they left where I'm at for great opportunities. Since December (it's now after mid-April) I've been adrift. I've seen your videos sporadically but now I'm gettin' serious. I've got my at home gym stuff all laid out and today I found your home page so that your line-up of videos is now very accessible. You are great company - you make it entertaining and you make it fun and light-hearted work. But the work part is the real catch here. Because, from my experiences, I know that you know what you're doing when it comes to proper form and exercise. So I look forward to you helping me to get back on track. I'm really counting on it. This was a great video! It really was a fun watch. And I have learned a whole lot from you guys...thanks. As for the last Comment read, I have heard that "Gatos" is some times used instead of the word "guys". Much like the word "Tio", it literally means uncle but it is used instead of Dude or man. But, I am sure "Gatos" might have some other meaning as well aside from this and the actual meaning. ;-) I might just write you a glossary for all the comments you had questions about. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Your reactions to them made me laugh. Especially because you had no idea what they meant. :-D

Not entirely sure just how I came across your videos, but damn glad I did. 'Kilted Ballet Pt.1' was the first one I saw, which intrigued me enough to want to look for more. You're obviously very aware that the majority of people following your vids are gay guys, but don't seem to be in the least bit bothered by it and actually seem slightly bemused by the attention. I have to agree that you are both very hot guys, but are also incredibly funny. Definitely going to be following The Kilted Coaches from now on. Family Tartan and Regimental Tartan usually requires you to go Commando. For Other Tartans it is usually Optional and Personal Choice. The fun part for other people is guessing which Tartan your wearing at the moment. Gets a little bit more difficult for some people, because us Irish Kilt Wears, sometimes wear Kilts which aren't Tartan Patterned.

AND I really do listen to your health and fitness advice. I try to live as healthy a life as possible, so you are often reinforcing things that I am already doing. Positive validation. Especially appreciated was the workout for men over 40 -I've definitely noticed that I have to do things differently since passing 40. I also have to say that the first time I watched one of your videos I was a little spellbound. Yes, you guys are HOT. A) sub 10 minute videos B) specific body part workouts C) workouts that can be done at home without gym gear D) more dietary advice E) more spiritual (ish) advice eg “stop caring what others think”.
