This is truly a classic Contemporary Christian song. Kim Boyce was one of the first Christian artists that I heard when I became a Christian in 1986. It's awesome how she has the versatility to sing a soft ballad like this and then sing a high energy song like "I Just Want to Celebrate." It's great that she uses her ability for the Lord.

I heard this song on CBN Praise radio for the first time yesterday and was so excited to be flicking thru youtube and find it. I want the performance track so that I can sing it at church. It's beautiful. Thank you Kim

Got to see Kim and Pierce Arrow in 05 and I will never forget how gracious and sweet she was after the show. Not many of the Branson acts stick around after the show to hang out and chat! It was really nice.

Donna Summer had 2 big christian dance hits unconditional love and im free. Kim is also the queen of christian dance music. Its ok to dance before the Lorrd with all your might. Like Donna, Kim can sing is really annointed! thks 4 vid!

arnoflynn The reason you keep listening to this and being drawn to it, the reason it haunts you and has you wanting to believe is because God loves you. He wants to love you and give you the peace only he can give. HE keeps drawing you back to this song because he is drawing you to Him. you said it yourself ,every time you hear the song, it was't to make you become a believer whether you know it or not Jesus is knocking at your door. you already hear the holy spirit when you listen to the song

@arnoflynn ... and a year later when I visited my suite-mate's church and they gave the alter call (that prayer where they invite anyone who wants to accept Jesus) I stood up. It was like an out of body experience. I do not even remember reciting the prayer but I do know that since then ... no matter how down I have felt or what I have gone through - I have known that God was with me. I think that this song is your invitation to have your own relationship with god :-)

@arnoflynn I like this song too... God is using this song and calling you. You don't have to live in doubt anymore. You can know God through his Son Jesus Christ. and His inspired words the Holy Bible. Faith will come when you hear God's words.

@arnoflynn ... I had a similar experience at 19 years old. I was so angry growing up going to Catholic schools (who preached about an angry, inacessible, cold and punishing God) that I claimed to be an athiest. Then I went to a college that required me to take a religion class. I was blessed (yes, I know I was blessed) to have a teacher who gave me a book called the Christian Agnostic and told me it was OK to have my own set of beleifs about God and even ... to have my doubts. @arnoflynn ... and your relationship does not have to be based on any specific religion / interpretation or denomination. In your heart, if you feel something you cannot explain and may never be able to explain then go ith it. I hope you give yourself permission to have a relationship with your God. Do not let anyone's religion or personal interpretation of the Bible keep you from your own personal relationship with someone who I beleive wants to love you and be love by you in return ... :-)

@arnoflynn Please allow yourself to believe. Don't force it, just welcome it. The Holy Spirit which is the Spirit of God within those who do believe---will show you you what you can't see or understand now. The questioning you have about wanting to be a believer says God is showing you great things already. You're post here is proof of that.
