Kim Burrell and Whitney actually sang that song together just a year before she passed. 2011! So so beautiful and such a moving performance it was, for so many reasons.

I can't believe such a beautiful song was created by such a disturbed person. This song is lyrically and melodically so haunting and honest. Kim Burrell did a great job here.

He wrote a great song tailored for whitney. That has nothing to do with his sexual activities... art is art. You can like the song and appreciate the art and still dislike the creator of it n u can also compartmentalise..

We’re not perfect darling. Don’t take peoples flaws to heart. If you never met him, don’t judge who he may be.

"Is he an opera singer?".......I don't know....but he reminds me of the deacon in church that leads altar call with that heavy vibrato. 🥴🥴🥴🤣 but Kim was masterful as always ❤

Anything from Kim is killer. She was Whitneys favorite vocalist. Check out Jennifer Hudson and Chris Stapleton at CMA's . She just brings the place down. Peace

Not to say anything negative or put this in a negative way but this performance by Kim felt more personal stripped-down and vulnerable not to say that she doesn't do these performances but there's something i felt every word and note I hope Im making sense to someone 😂😭🤣
